Rainbow Animal Rescue NC is a no-kill rescue that takes animals from county stray dog pounds, and homes that can no longer look after them. The dogs stay in foster homes around the Roanoke Rapids area or at our new Animal Rescue and Adoption Center looked after by our volunteers based in North Eastern NC, until they find a suitable home.
